Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has entered production or been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Made-to-Order Products
Some of our furniture items are made-to-order and are produced specifically following your purchase. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has started.
Before placing your order, please ensure you have selected the correct product, colour, configuration, and dimensions, as made-to-order items are manufactured specifically for your order.
If your order has not yet entered production, we will review your cancellation request and confirm whether it can be accepted.
How to Request a Cancellation

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to cancel
- The reason for your cancellation request
Our team will confirm whether your cancellation can be processed.
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is accepted, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days.
Made-to-Order Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of made-to-order furniture, these items cannot be returned for a change of mind once production has commenced.
This includes situations where a customer changes their mind, no longer requires the item, or selects the wrong colour, configuration, dimensions, or style after production has started.
Before completing your purchase, please ensure all product details have been carefully reviewed.
Orders Already Dispatched
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
If your order is eligible for a return, this will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Your Consumer Rights
The above exclusions do not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your consumer rights.
