This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them and how you can manage your preferences.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember information about your visit, keep shopping baskets working, maintain secure sessions and understand how customers interact with the website.

We may also use similar technologies, such as pixels and tracking technologies, for purposes including analytics and advertising.

These cookies are necessary for our website to function properly. They may help to:

Keep your shopping basket working.
Process orders and payments securely.
Maintain website security.
Remember essential settings and preferences.
Support checkout and account functions.

These cookies cannot generally be switched off through our website’s cookie settings where they are strictly necessary for the service you request.

Analytics and Performance Cookies

Where enabled and where you have provided consent when required, analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use our website, which pages are popular and where improvements can be made.

This information helps us improve our website, products and customer experience.

Functional Cookies

These cookies allow our website to remember certain choices and preferences, helping to provide a more convenient and personalised shopping experience.

Advertising and Marketing Cookies

Where enabled and with your consent where required, advertising cookies and similar technologies may help us measure advertising performance, understand customer interest and show relevant adverts on other platforms.

These technologies may be provided by third parties, such as advertising or social media platforms, depending on the services we use.

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies may be placed by third-party services used on our website. These may include Shopify, payment providers, analytics services and advertising or social media platforms.

The cookies used will depend on the features and integrations active on our website. Third parties may process information in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies.

Managing Your Cookie Preferences

When you first visit our website, you may be presented with a cookie banner or preference tool that allows you to accept or reject non-essential cookies and manage your choices.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie settings available on our website, where provided. You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect how some parts of the website function.

Where consent is required, we will not use non-essential cookies until you have given the appropriate consent.

How Long Do Cookies Last?

Some cookies are session cookies, which are removed when you close your browser. Others are persistent cookies, which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.

The length of time a cookie remains on your device depends on its purpose and the provider that sets it.
